Box for UCLA Health Coming Soon!

A new HIPAA-compliant version of Box will soon be available for everyone in UCLA Health!

NOTE: If you are currently using a main campus Box account, your files will be transferred into a new UCLA Health Sciences Box account automatically. Learn more >>

What is Box?

Box is an easy-to-use, cloud-based storage solution that will allow you to access your files in multiple locations and on multiple devices, as well as share your files for external collaboration.

  • Unlimited storage
  • Local sync client
  • Mobile applications
  • External sharing*

*All users must complete a short training session prior to external collaboration to ensure HIPAA compliance. Training information will be sent at a later date.

When will Box be available?

November 7, 2017

What do I need to do to get Box?

All Mednet users will get a Box account automatically. Directions on how to access your Box account will be sent out once the accounts are available on November 7. Stay tuned for information on Box training sessions, and how to sign up, coming next week!
