Mobile Device Management via Intelligent Hub
What is mobile device management?
Intelligent Hub, our mobile device management tool, ensures devices meet important security requirements. The technology also allows our community to access Mednet applications from mobile devices and helps us verify encryption, passcode, and jailbroken status.
Intelligent Hub is available to all full-time UCLA Health employees, free of charge.
How do I get Intelligent Hub?

If you are not a full-time UCLA Health employee, you can speak to your manager about completing an Intelligent Hub license request form.
What information does Intelligent Hub collect?
Intelligent Hub collects the following information. It will be viewed only for problem resolution:
- Mednet AD User ID
- Mednet AD email address
- Mednet WiFi certificate
- Operating system
- Display model
- Intelligent Hub check-in status
- Enrollment status
- Jailbroken status
- Encryption status
- Current carrier
- Home carrier
- International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number
- Phone number
Intelligent Hub is not used to view:
- Personal emails
- Personal information on your device
